1701 East Parham Road | Richmond, VA 23228 | >> Telephone Numbers The Central Administration Building (CAB) is located located approximately one mile west of I-95 in Henrico County, just west of the Parham Road Campus at 1701 East Parham Road.  Driving Directions From Points East: I 64 West to I 95 North or I 64 West to I 295 North exit 200 and I 95 South. Parham Road West exit 83B. Cross U.S. Route 1 at traffic light. Go approximately 1 mile, past the Parham road campus, the entrance for the Central Administration Building will be on the left. From Points West: I 64 East to Parham Road exit 181. Left on to Parham Road. Continue approximately 5 miles and the entrance for the Central Administration Building will be on the right approximately one mile after the Parham Road / Woodman Road traffic light. From Points South: I 95 North to Parham Road West Exit 83B. Cross US 1 at traffic light. Go approximately 1 mile, past the Parham road campus, the entrance for the Central Administration Building will be on the left. From Points North: I 95 South to Parham Road West Exit 83B. Cross US 1 at traffic light. Go approximately 1 mile, past the Parham road campus, the entrance for the Central Administration Building will be on the left.
