The Downtown Academic Campus is located near the Richmond
Coliseum and provides one and two-year occupational and technical programs in
a number of allied health, business, and community service areas, as well as
college transfer programs.

The entrance/exit to the Downtown Campus parking deck is located on
N 8th Street. During peak times, the main parking deck may become full. Students,
staff and faculty may use auxiliary parking lots A and B located on 7th Street
just past the Interstate I-95 overpass. You can walk to campus from auxiliary
lots or take the shuttle service – provided approximately every 10 to
20 minutes between 7:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Public parking
lots are also within walking distance.
Driving Directions
From Points East:
(Richmond, VA) I-64 West to Fifth Street Exit. Turn left on Jackson Street at
the light. Follow Jackson Street to North Seventh and Jackson.
From Points West:
(Richmond, VA) I-64 East to I-95 South. I-95 South to Third Street Exit 75. Turn
left on Jackson Street at the light. Follow Jackson Street to North Seventh and
Jackson.
From Points North:
(Richmond, VA) I-95 South to Third Street Exit 75. Turn left on Jackson Street
at the light. Follow Jackson Street to North Seventh and Jackson.
From Points South:
(Richmond, VA) I-95 North to Broad Street West Exit 74C. Follow Broad Street
to Seventh Street. Turn right on Seventh Street past the Richmond Coliseum to
North Seventh and Jackson Street.
