Consistency is the most important factor in building the Reynolds identity among our diverse audiences. Reynolds produces dozens of broadcast, electronic, and print marketing collateral throughout the year. These range from advertisements, brochurs, flyers, letters, and postcards, to catalogs, commercials, and a Reynolds public website. It is important to create and maintain a consistent visual identity to strengthen our image and increase public awareness that Reynolds is a place of outstanding quality. It is equally important that the content is concise, clear, and accurate.
The Office of Marketing designs and manages all official Reynolds publications including the college catalog, registration booklets, view books and admissions materials. In addition, the Office of Marketing designs and produces brochures, annual reports, newsletters, invitations, postcards, exhibits, signage, event materials, posters, flyers and various templates for use throughout Reynolds. Because Reynolds must follow certain State regulations for the procurement of printing services, it is best to contact the Office of Marketing for your graphic design and printing needs. The Reynolds website is designed with the student user in mind. When users visit our site, they usually want to accomplish a task. We make it easy for them, with simple navigation such as “register for classes” or “pay for college.” When creating new webpages or updating existing pages, consider a user-friendly approach and engaging content. The Reynolds website is also responsively designed, which means that it is compatible with mobile devices. Since more than a quarter of our web traffic comes from phones and tablets, we try to be mindful of these users when creating web content.
