College Identification

NOTICE: The ID machine at the Downtown Campus is currently inoperable. Students may go to the Parham Road Campus or the Goochland Campus to have IDs printed.  For those who received an ID during the week of Aug. 22 - Aug. 30, you may experience problems accessing the parking decks.  You may leave your ID card with an officer at the police desk on the first floor lobby at DTC and when a new functioning ID is ready you will be notified by email through your vccs account. 

** Faculty and staff can now have their ID's printed at the Parham Road Campus, Burnette Hall Room 100.  We will update our webpage when the printer at DTC is functioning.  Thank you for your patience.

Students Identification Cards (Normal Semester Hours and Locations)

Beginning Tuesday, September 6, 2016 students can obtain ID cards during the below hours and locations.

Downtown Campus
(Inquire at the Police Desk 1st floor lobby)

Monday - Friday

8 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Parham Road Campus (Burnette Hall Room 100)

Monday - Friday

8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Goochland Campus (Inquire at Department of Police Office Bld. C20 Rm 109)

Monday - Friday

8 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Times and locations are subject to change based on availability and staffing

NOTE:  Newly registered students may not immediately be in the ID system and should wait several days before attempting to obtain a college ID.

To receive a Reynolds Community College ID:

  • An individual must be currently enrolled as a student, a college faculty or staff member, or possess an approved affiliation as authorized by the vice president of finance and administration.
  • Students, faculty, and staff must have a current empl ID.
  • An individual must present a valid picture identification, i.e. driver’s license, DMV issued identification card, passport, etc.

Note: A current class schedule may be requested to provide proof as a current enrolled student.

Faculty, Adjunct Faculty and Staff ID Cards
Faculty, Adjunct Faculty and Staff can obtain a college ID card from the Department of Police during college business hours at any of the three campus locations.
