Arabic I ( 4 cr.)
Introduces understanding, speaking, reading, and writing skills and
emphasizes basic Arabic sentence structure. Discusses the diversity of
cultures, as well as the arts and literature in the Arab world. Prerequisite:
Students must be functionally fluent in English. Part I of II. Lecture
4 hours per week.
