Leah Redden

2013 Reynolds Opticianry Graduate
Hanover High School Graduate

After graduating Reynolds, Leah became the assistant manager for For Eyes Optical in Short Pump, Virginia. Within six months she was promoted to store manager at the Colonial Heights location. She enjoys any opportunity she can get to give back to the community and has participated in several community outreach programs including Kid’s Vision Day for Richmond Public schools and an iCare Mission trip Jamaica in 2012. Leah enjoys bringing people together and working as a team to meet the needs of her patients.

Caitlin S. Loving

2011 Reynolds Opticianry Graduate
Hanover High School Graduate

Upon graduating from Reynolds, Caitlin immediately started working for a private ophthalmology practice in Midlothian, Virginia.  At Custom Optics, she is responsible for managing the dispensary and contact lens fittings which includes everything from patient consultation, inventory management, frame selection, contact lens and spectacle orders, and much more. She loves working in a small setting because of the personal attention she can offer and the relationships she builds with her patients.
