About the Metrics:

Many of the metrics have established baseline and target values. The baselines were based on 2014-15 actual values and targets were set as part of our strategic planning. Projected values were set for many of the metrics to establish yearly goals as opposed to the targets which were established as the cumulative 6-year goals.
