The Access Centers are your first line of contact. Downtown and Parham Road Access Centers each have a full time Financial Aid Specialist to help you. They are your primary liaison and will work with the Central office if you need extra help. |

Central Financial Aid does all the processing of your application, including Verification, Satisfactory Academic Progress review, Appeal Processing, Loan Processing, Awarding and Disbursing your aid. Because we are not staffed to handle large volumes of incoming calls or walk-ins, please help us by directing your questions or concerns first to the Campus Financial Aid Specialist. If you need extra help, the Access Center specialist will contact us directly. |
