Annual Gifts - Gifts to the college can be made at any time through the Foundation’s Annual Fund.  Annual gifts may be restricted or unrestricted and can support a number of areas including student scholarships, library acquisitions, equipment and special projects. 

Major Gifts - Larger-sized gifts, with installments paid across as many as five years, can be made for any number of purposes.  For example, a major gift can be given to establish a scholarship or to fund special projects.  

Planned Gifts - A planned gift or a “lifetime gift” is another way to leave an heirloom to Reynolds.  Donors may designate gifts for a variety of purposes including scholarships, general endowment, etc.  

Legacy Society

Corporate and Foundation Gifts - Corporate and foundation gifts can support a number of areas including faculty research and academic program development.

Special Project Support - In accordance with the college's strategic plan, there are a number of special projects in need of additional funding. These projects include the development of several new schools and centers and support for the strategic nursing initiative.

Contribution by check: Make check payable to: J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College Educational Foundation, Inc.  We accept personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks.  

Other contributions: MasterCard, VISA and gifts of stock and other real property, as well as gifts-in-kind.
